People of BeSci puts the spotlight on people applying behavioural science in different ways, shaping how people live, work, decide, and change.
It is a conversation series about the people behind the practice. The researchers, strategists, designers, consultants, policy people, product people, and others using behavioural science in their own way, in their own context, with their own perspective.
The point is to show the range of the field through the people doing the work. Not as one neat story, but as a set of different approaches, experiences, and ways of applying behavioural science.
I started People of BeSci because I am interested in the people behind the work as much as the work itself. How they think. What they notice. How they apply the field in practice. Where they push it, question it, or take it somewhere unexpected.
I’m Lauren A. Kelly, a behavioural strategist. This series is a way to share conversations with people whose work is helping shape the field, and to give readers a broader, more grounded sense of what behavioural science can look like in the hands of different practitioners.
